    It is sahlab absolutly a pure arabic drink, u can put some nuts on the top with some coconuts and sure cinnamon mmm luv it ;)

    Amena about the drink its a traditional egyptian drink and its called sahlab with a b for boy ;) after you prepare it you just put a little bit of nuts any really… but the best that goes with it is hazelnuts crushed ones…. some people put coconut as well… but i prefer it with hazelnuts and it should be a fairly thick mix as well… cheeers

    I’ll have to see if our Turkish Halal store has that Drink… it sounds yummy…I too drink way too much tea…Grandmother is British and Husband is Moroccan etc…I can’t escape!!! Not that I’m really willing to escape such a lovely drink as Tea… (^_^)
