I wanted to make my nephews a necklace using cord but I wasn’t sure how to tie off the back. Now I know. Thanks for the tutorial.

Not from a kit. I bought materials from all over the place. Usually at jewelry shows.

Very nice. I’ve seen other ways of making adjustable cords, but yours is the simplest and easiest. Thanks for demonstrating it.

i need help with something not related to this necklace.
i am trying to make a necklace with an invisible wire and i seemed to follow the instrustions(book; bead girl by mikyla bruder, page 22-enchanted choker) but when i tied the knots aroudn the bead with the string, the bead keeps sliding off. if you could make a tutorial about how to place a bead on an invisible thread so it doesnt move,it would be extremely appreciated.thanks!!

You can get the materials in both offline or online bead shops. This is not from a beading kit.

This is so much easier than I thought it would be! Nice tutorial, although I wish the camera could’ve backed off a bit so we could see the knot making a little easier. Overall, I gave this 5 stars!
