This romantic skeleton key pendant is exquisitely detailed in oxidized and rhodium plated sterling silver. The darkened silver interior and polished exterior add depth and dimension to the intricate filigree design, which includes interlocking circles, graceful swirls, and subtle heart shapes. A decorative filigree bale completes the ornate design. This pendant is suspended from an 18-inch sterling silver cable chain that fastens with a spring ring clasp.

When looking at the picture, one would think it’s 3D, but in fact, it is flat (as if it was cut into half), which reduces its value a little. Nevertheless, it is still very beautiful and unique.

I purchased this with the impression there was a special on silver and possibly it’s my error for not entering a code. It is NOT worth $25. It doesn’t appear to truly be silver let alone .925 (not a jeweler, just my opinion). The back is a dark black, not the dark of tarnish but of unfinished metal. I would never have purchased this if I had seen it at a store. It looks more like something that would come out of a gumball machine. I recently had a Sterling Jewelry party and things seemed to be so expensive, but they looked beautiful and they are quality and backed by a guarantee…I will not purchase jewelry from amazon.com again because its too much of a risk to not see the item in your own hand.

I bought this necklace a month or two ago after seeing the cute scrollwork. It was only $15 at the time so it was a good deal. I wouldn’t say it was flat. it’s more like it’s hollow out. so it wraps around the side but there’s nothing on the back. and no it doesn’t rotate because it isn’t round so i’ve never had a problem with it flipping around and showing the back.

I really like it because the scrollwork looks intricate. I like it just as much after i got it. It is sharply defined and you can see all the curls. It is a little on the big side being 2″ or 2.5″ long so I wouldn’t wear it as earrings. I guess it had to be a bit big so all the curls can be clear.

Looks and feels like silver colored plastic, I think it is. Stamped with “China 925″ on the connecting piece. Came complete with a knot in the chain which actually measures 17.5 inches, a half inch short of the stated 18″. Very disappointed. I paid $23 and it is already down to $16 two days later, do not feel it is worth $3.Perhaps they have ‘sterling’ plastic in China. The back side is not finished, open. The chain feels just like what you get out of a gumball machine, no weight to it at all. Plan to return this immediately.
