I love jewelry, and I really like to give jewelry as gifts. It’s personal and very special.
For my sister’s birthday this year it was a real struggle. She LOVES emeralds. Between my tight budget, and the selection of emeralds at the mall being really expensive ($299 for a very, very small 10k Gold round pendant… full of inclusions!), I almost gave up. When I found this pendant on Amazon, I was happy with the Emerald size (2cts!) shape (Hearts are very unusual for emeralds) and the design of the pendant.
Silver was a good choice as you get a really great look for the money, especially the fact that it was 14k gold plated made me feel much better about the silver turning colors. It’s very rare to find white gold plated silver, it keeps the pendant looking perfect and it makes the silver look and feel exactly like gold. I placed my order and waited for the pendant. I was so happy with it I had to write a review! It exceeded all my expectations! Starting with the presentation, perfect for gift giving. The pendant was in a classy royal blue “Treasure Chest” box, with a small silver lock on it! The “Treasure Chest” was inside an elegant matching gift box, with a white satin bow on it, and this gift box was itself placed in a matching royal blue velvet pouch. You also get lots of extras. I got a Certificate of Authenticity and a Lifetime warranty Card, and handy and very interesting gem information card. I was blown away. It all made the gift look so special, unique and expensive! Just the presentation alone was worth the purchase! The pendant itself was STUNNING! The emerald perfect in any way, A great size, perfect color and no inclusions. Brilliant like a diamond! The design is elegant, classic and flawless! Even the chain was well made! No need to wrap, I handed the blue pouch with all the cards to my sister at her birthday dinner and the gift was such a hit. It was fun to see her unwrapping it all, all the layers of great presentation added to the excitement! She was so happy with her gift and she has worn the pendant everyday since. She tells me she gets many compliments at work.

I got this pendant as a gift, but I am so happy with it that I am getting another one for myself.
The low price is really not a reflection of the quality of this pendant.
It’s a very nice size, well made, elegant and unique. The emerald is just breathtaking. Bright, clean, the perfect color. 2 carats is also the perfect size, not too small to look insignificant, and not to big to look fake, the perfect size! Even the chain is well made. If this is a gift for somebody, you will be really impressed by the packaging and extras you get for your money. From the rich velvet pouch, the expensive looking jewelry box,the bow, to the warranty, certificate and information card, it all spells out “this was a very special gift” not something you picked up at the mall.
I actually haven’t seen such rich presentation even in high end jewelry stores, and I shop a lot.
I am ordering one more for myself with matching earrings… for the price you can’t really go wrong.

Bought this as a birthday present surprise for my girlfriend. I’d been waiting to buy her jewelry because I hadn’t found anything that caught my eye. This did, and I went ahead and took a chance on it.
This peice is gorgeous. I did not have high expectations for it initially, as I would usually prefer to see the jewelry hands on before I purchase it. When it came, and I opened the box to see what exactly I got, I got extremely excited. I ended up taking pictures of it and showing it to my sister and a few of my female friends, all of whom became excited about it as well. It’s a simply stunning necklace. I won’t even say ‘for the price’, because I think any woman would be thrilled to have this. Just because the price happens to be low, this necklace is NOT ‘cheap’.
Stone color and cut are great, setting works very well with it. The chain is probably the least impressive element, but it definitely doesn’t detract from the necklace.
And, of course, most importantly– She loves it, and wears it everywhere. I have no doubt that it is one of her favorite pieces of jewelry in her collection now. Would definitely recommend this product to any other guy looking for something really special to give to someone in his life.

Thrilled with the lovely pendant. Bought for my self paid for by the children I worked with last year via a gift card their parents so sweetly gave to me…always wanted an emerald and they are so close to my heart. Can hardly wait to show them it next school year

I ordered this for a Valentines Day gift for my fiancee and she absolutely adored it. I’m not an expert on jewelry, but it looks fabulous, and the emerald has a wonderful looking cut. It has a good amount of practicality as well, that is, it is not as fragile as some other jewelry is, and can be worn on a daily basis without risk of the chain snapping, ect. Bottom line, great gift, great price, wonderful decision.
