I have put together many, many Italian charm bracelets and I find Pugster in general to be one of the best companies for buying the links or the starter bracelets. The buyer should understand what he or she is doing; this is a basic set of links to which one or more charms can be attached. There are many online sites with instructions for attaching the charms; I have to admit that the first one you do can be difficult, but it gets much easier as you do more. The fun and satisfaction comes with choosing the link(s), arranging them, and then designing one’s own presentation. You can really get hooked on these!

Poorly packaged without any documentation for presentation as a gift. Just links wrapped in bubble wrap. I need directions on how to attach the charm as well as attach the two ends together to form a bracelet.
Customer service contacts were vague and unhelpful.
Never again will I purchase from this company.
